Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Damaged or defective products If your product arrives damaged or breaks during normal use, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement — no questions asked. Please contact us at info.roothaven@gmail.com with a photo of the issue.

Shipping costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged.
